Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of a defective item.

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@blackleafdesign.store with a description and photo of the defect. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective on a case-by-case basis.
